Matra Softwood Pellets
Matra Softwood Pellets are a high-performance, premium-grade heating fuel manufactured in Quebec, Canada, using residual sawdust from Matra’s own Eastern White Pine lumber production. Known for producing high-quality doors, windows, siding, and trim, Matra repurposes clean, kiln-dried pine sawdust into super hot-burning softwood pellets that deliver exceptional heat with minimal ash.
Made from 100% Eastern White Pine, these pellets contain no additives, bark, fillers, or contaminants, ensuring consistent feeding, efficient combustion, and a cleaner-burning experience. With a strong 8,900 BTUs per pound and a very low 0.26% ash content, Matra Softwood Pellets significantly reduce stove maintenance—so you spend less time cleaning and more time enjoying reliable warmth.
These pellets are ideal for pellet stoves, furnaces, and boilers, and are packaged in durable 40 lb bags, stacked and shipped as a full 1-ton pallet for convenient bulk purchasing and dependable seasonal heating.
